TRADE
Trade
is the exchange of products and services
for money. Trade can be domestic or foreign. In domestic
trade, products and services are exchanged within the same
country. In foreign trade, products and
services are exchanged with other countries.
Farmers
and factories do not usually sell their products directly to
customers. There are various stages
involved in trade. Producers obtain and
make products to sell. Transporters
distribute the products to the shops. Sales
people sell the products or services to the consumers.
Consumers buy the finished products.
