HEALTHY HABITS

  • PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
It includes playing sports, walking, or using the stairs instead of the lift.
  • GOOD POSTURE
The spinal column supports our back. A bad posture can deform our spinal column and can cause other problems.
  • A HEALTHY DIET
Calcium and Vitamin D are required by our bones to grow. We can find them in milk, fish and green vegetables.
  • SLEEP AND LEISURE
In orther to look after our nervous system, we need to sleep. Lack of sleep can affect growth and cause illmess.
